For school service centres
The big picture, without losing the detail.
Follow route coverage, exceptions and incidents across all your schools and contracted operators — with access limited to your organization and data governance designed for Québec's Law 25.
Oversight
What your team sees every morning
Route coverage
Which schools are served, by which operator, under which route version currently in effect.
Exceptions and incidents
Delays, interrupted runs and reported incidents, grouped by school and operator so you see trends, not just emergencies.
Contracted operators
Relationships between your centre, your schools and your operators are explicit and dated. Each party sees what the agreement provides for.
Operational reports
On-time performance, incidents and route adherence, with controlled, logged exports.
Data governance
Student information, handled with restraint
Before a single piece of real data is processed, Buscolaire completes a privacy impact assessment (PIA) with you, documents purposes and data flows, and sets out each party's responsibilities in a written agreement.
In the platform, access is limited by role and organization directly in the database (row-level security). A member of your team only sees your centre's schools and students.
- PIA completed with each partner before any real data
- Organization-scoped access enforced in the database
- Controlled exports, each one logged
- Retention periods set by agreement, including for GPS data
No rip-and-replace
A pilot that works alongside your current systems
Buscolaire is a coordination layer: it connects your schools, your operators, their GPS and families around one shared trip state. You don't need to replace your planning software or existing agreements to measure its value.
A typical pilot brings together one school or centre, one operator and 3 to 10 buses for 60 to 90 days, and ends with a documented review.
