October 28, 2026
By using the Buscolaire website or platform, you accept these terms. Partner organizations are also bound by their agreement with Buscolaire, which prevails in case of conflict.
Buscolaire is a school transportation coordination platform connecting parents, drivers, operators, schools and school service centres. Available features depend on each user's role and their organization's agreement.
The demo uses fictional data only. It is meant for discovering the platform and must not be used for operational purposes. Its data resets regularly.
Accounts are created by invitation from a partner organization; there is no open sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
Buscolaire is not an emergency service and does not replace operators' and schools' emergency protocols. In an emergency, call 911.
We work to provide a reliable service, but continuous availability is not guaranteed, especially during a pilot. Estimated times and positions depend on data from third parties (GPS, cellular network) and are shown with their freshness; they remain estimates.
The Buscolaire name, its logo, the website and the platform belong to Buscolaire. Partner organizations' data remains the property of those organizations.
To the extent permitted by law, Buscolaire is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or the demo. Responsibilities relating to the platform are set out in the agreement with each partner organization.
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
