For schools

Fewer calls to the office. Clearer answers.

The school links parents to their children, reports absences and proposes stops. The operator and the service centre stay in charge of published routes. Everyone has a role, everyone stays informed.

School space

What the school manages in Buscolaire

  • Parent invitations

The school invites each parent or guardian by email and verifies the link to the child. No one can sign up on their own to see a student.

  • Stop requests

The school proposes a stop or a change. The operator and the service centre review it before anything is published.

  • Bell times and calendar

Start and dismissal times feed the scheduled times of morning and afternoon routes.

  • Absences and exceptions

An absence reported by a parent or the school is visible to the driver and dispatch, without unnecessary detail.

  • A line to the operator

Requests go through a tracked thread with history, instead of emails that get lost.

  • Notices that concern you

Delay, interrupted run or route change: the school is notified for its own students only.

An important rule

The school proposes; the published route stays stable

A school cannot change a run published by the operator on its own. Every request — new stop, change of address, adapted transportation — follows the authorization process agreed between the school, the service centre and the operator.

That is what lets parents, the driver and dispatch rely on the same route, on the same morning.

Adapted transportation

Accessibility needs are handled through manual review and remain visible only to authorized people. No medical status is inferred or shown publicly.
